The caravan overlooked garden. All of the staff were affable. Location: the hotel was close to caravan-shop, the park and skegness. Besides, St Doulagh's Church was 4 km away from the property.

All in all, it was relaxing base for travelling to Winthorpe. The staff was friendly and the owner too. Enjoyed nice bathroom and central heating, an iron, and a TV in our caravan. Garden view was a nice bonus. The location was great for Winthorpe, adjacent to caravan-shop, skegness, and the park. This hotel met expectations in every way, strongly recommend.

Came here for 4 nights with my dog, had a fabulous stay. The staff were friendly people. The location was marvellous, in the middle of the city, in the nice area. I didn't feel like leaving and would love to come back.
